Is there a trial period?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 30 day free trial. You'll have unrestricted access to all features, integrations, and notifications in the plan you select.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can try Cerebral for 30 days without providing credit card information. We'll ask for your credit card to continue using Cerebral once your trial has ended.
What are API events?
Cerebral monitors your Jira site for updates to the sprints and epics you select. Each time a relevant update is made in Jira, we analyze the event and determine the impact it has on your delivery. Examples of events include new issues, changes to story point estimates, due dates, and more.
Each of our plans comes with a defined API event quota. If you exceed that quota, we'll temporarily continue processing events and notify you about your quota being met. You can choose to upgrade your plan or reduce the number of sprints and epics you're monitoring.
We recommend picking a plan based on the number of active projects, sprints, and epics in your company.
